Stine's The Haunting Hour, Teen Titans, and the Walking Dead web series, for which he won consecutive Writer's Guild Awards. John lives in New York with his wife and children and still visits with Amicus from time to time. This is the perfect read for any reader the likes the fun side of scary or for the true Disney Fans that can visualize the twist and turns of the Haunted Mansion. I can not wait to hear the stories of the remaining 999 Happy Haunts!
The book was amazing. I absolutely love the binding texture with the cover texture - feels like an old book. The binding is darker than the picture seems online. Looks great on the shelf with the others. The pages have the uneven edging giving the book an even better experience. Maybe I'm a nerd however the feel of the book helps set the tone of the story. The story is great - a wonderful addition to the other two volumes. Definitely a must for a true Disney fan at heart.
I love this series - The campy 'Tales from the Crypt' storytelling style, the wicked sense of humor, the classy and classic binding, and the atmospheric illustrations. These books are beautifully designed, and will make great keepsakes for any family who loves a good spooky tale without too much gruesome content. Each volume seems to improve a bit on the formula - Let's hope Disney keeps putting these out for years to come!
Full of amazing content! My step daughter fell in love with the Haunted Mansion while we were at Disney World so these books made the perfect Christmas gift! She loves them. They are very well made and the paper is rough edged and very authentic looking! Great Quality!!
